Brouwer Company brings the Liberation Fire to Noordwijkerhout

We are proud to support the Noordwijkerhoutse StrandLopers (NSL) in their special mission this year: collecting and transporting the Liberation Fire from Wageningen to Noordwijkerhout.

On the night of 4 to 5 May, a group of runners will travel to Wageningen to bring the fire – the symbol of freedom and peace – home in a relay. We are supporting this journey with a special “Soldaat van Oranje” coach and two taxis, so that runners and volunteers can rest along the way. Our drivers are doing this entirely free of charge. What makes this even more special is that Joke Brouwer will be running in the relay and John Brouwer will be personally driving the coach.

We wish the NSL every success and are honoured to be able to contribute to this meaningful moment of remembrance and celebration.
